Black Panda (aka Eddie Rios) is a writer, community builder, DJ, and producer based out of Oakland, California. Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Black Panda draws inspiration from his Nuyorican upbringing, blending Carribean soul with deep, funky, hypnotic, uplifting grooves across House and disco. With each set and production, he tells the story of House music’s past and present where love, community, and the soul resides.

Described as one of San Francisco's "brightest rising stars,” he has traveled to Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City to share his signature sound.
